Volpert’s Closet Cases: Queers On What We Wear. On Saturday, April 4th at 7PM in NYC at the Bureau of General Services - Queer Divison and Wednesday, April 8th at 6PM in Philadelphia at the William Way! TS Hawkins and more than a dozen of the book’s contributors
will be reading their works from the anthology. Books will be available
to purchase and have signed. This is much more than a “fashion book.” It
is a collection of artifacts that testifies to the power of fashion as a verb
as it unfolds the complex and lovely strategies governing what we do in the
LGBTQIA+ community to build authentic selves that are both comfortable and
seen. Events are free and open to the public. Click here to learn more!
